Vyazemsky Interpolikhim introduces innovative flexible packaging to the Russian market for the first time

The leading processor of flexible packaging in the Russian market, the Vyazma company Interpolikhim, has signed a license agreement for the production of innovative packaging using PacXpert™ technology with one of the leaders in the chemical industry, Dow.

The latest packaging will be produced under the Kubber trademark. Thanks to the innovative Dow technology, such packaging will become a flexible and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional containers currently available in the Russian and Eastern European markets. The company plans to produce 200,000 elastic cubbers each month, with a volume of 5 and 10 liters.

To implement the project, a manufacturer from the Smolensk region was approved a preferential loan from the Federal Reserve Fund, as well as an additional loan from the Smolensk Regional Industrial Development Fund on behalf of Governor Alexei Ostrovsky.

We have been working on the project for 3 years, we have been choosing a partner for a long time, actively cooperating with brand owners and conducting educational work to create demand for this innovative technology. Finally, the license agreement has been signed, and Russian consumers will soon be able to appreciate the benefits of the new packaging on store shelves. Since the launch of the Dow PacXpert™ packaging technology, about 100 types of flexible packaging have been created for a wide variety of applications, including automotive liquids, paints, food and household goods such as cereals, juices, shower gels and laundry detergents,
